African Diaspora Resource Centre provides travel and relocation assistance to diaspora moving to Ghana. We provide reintegration support, account set ups, business establishment, cultural orientation, and more. We are seeking a Travel and Reintegration Specialist to assist new diaspora returnees to Ghana to transition holistically to the country with guided support.
Job Summary
- Design and curate meaningful tours, retreats, and cultural immersion experiences tailored for the African diaspora
- Develop comprehensive resource guides on essential services, including schools, neighborhoods, healthcare, and other key points of interest for newcomers to Ghana
- Plan and coordinate reintegration programs that help diasporans adapt to life in Ghana, including community engagement initiatives, language classes and cultural orientation workshops, and networking events
- Build partnerships with local businesses, cultural institutions, & community leaders to enhance program offerings
- Provide personalized support to relocating individuals and families, assisting them in navigating local systems and services
- Collaborate with other team members to promote travel and reintegration services through marketing efforts, including social media, informational sessions, and community outreach
- Stay updated on trends in heritage tourism, relocation services, and cultural programming to continuously improve the Company's offerings
- Represent the organization at relevant events, conferences, and meetings
- Research and contribute travel trends, local experiences, and resources for reintegration to new and perspective clients
- Conduct consultations with clients and make recommendations for the Company's services
- Perform consular services and process orders related to Immigrations, Business Establishment, Account Setups, Affidavits, and more.

Qualifications
- Strong public speaking and presenting skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a love for meeting new people
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and office organization
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Hospitality / Tourism is a plus
