Adansi Travels Limited is seeking a Ticketing Executive with strong experience in any GDS system to handle flight bookings, ticketing, and client inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Book and issue tickets using Amadeus
- Manage reissues, refunds, and cancellations
- Provide fare quotes and travel options to clients
- Assist with travel-related queries like baggage & visa requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing and fare rules
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Previous experience in a travel agency or airline is a plus
