About the Role
Persol Systems Limited is looking for a high-energy, motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales growth and market expansion. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for a professional eager to build a career in technology sales. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, supporting the senior sales team in client presentations, and learning to manage the full sales lifecycle for our ERP, Payroll, and Fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Actively identify and research potential corporate clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry databases.
- Qualify inbound inquiries to ensure they meet Persol’s ideal client profile.
- Maintain an organized database of prospects within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
