Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Accra, Ghana. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Leading client acquisition and retention initiatives
- Managing relationships with key accounts
- Generating leads, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
- To aggressively market and sell the payment solutions
- Win new merchants to the institution
- Ensure the retention of existing merchants
- Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant merchants
- Ensure LibertePay brand projection and visibility amongst new and existing customers
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that align with customer needs and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure business opportunities
- Strong background in Business and Account Management for maintaining and fostering client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Experience in FinTech, digital payments, or financial solutions is an advantage
