Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for an Information Technology Officer. Responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the company’s IT systems, providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations.
The Information Technology Officer will also perform system administration tasks, configure hardware and software, and work collaboratively with other departments to address technology needs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
- Experience and knowledge in Information Technology, including familiarity with hardware and software systems
- Skills in Network Administration, including configuration and network monitoring
- CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance and surveillance
- Expertise in System Administration to ensure smooth system operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members from various departments
- Relevant certifications in IT, system/network administration, or related fields are an advantage
- A degree in information and communication technology
