The West African Hardware & Décor Ltd, Adenta, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Accounts Officer for immediate employment to manage the warehouse.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Financial reporting and analysis: help in the preparation of P&L, balance sheets, cash flows and other financial reports.
- Transaction management: processing of payment vouchers, reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable and management of petty cash.
- Compliance and audit: ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and regulations, external regulations (tax, municipal assemblies, DVLA, EPA, etc) and periodic branch stock take.
- Record keeping: data entry and ensuring accurate financial records
- Bank reconciliation
- Other adhoc duties assigned by management.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related fields.
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Part qualification of ICA or ACCA.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an accounts office.
