Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leader in the assembling, sales and servicing of commercial vehicles and machines, is looking for an Account Officer for permanent employment.
Job Responsibilities
-
Presentation of cheques from Customers to the bank for clearing.

Confirming bank repayment statements.
-
Getting Credit sales documents signed by assigned signatories and keeping them archived.

Communicating with company branches concerning payments by Customers.
-
Enter branch receipts; receive branch cheques. Reconciliation of branches sales. Entry of spare parts sales

And any other duty that may be assigned by Supervisor/Manager from time to time.
Qualification and Requirements
-
HND/Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years working experience.

A student/member of ICA or ACCA is an added advantage.

An analytical approach to work with high numeracy and sound technical skills.

Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

High sense of purpose and integrity
-
Ability to work in a high-pressure job-demanding industry

Ability to work in team
-
Respect for authority
-
Excellent knowledge in Ms Office suit especially in Excel
