We are building a Linux Support team for one of our clients, and invite you to apply!
This is a full-time on-site role for a Linux Support Engineer (L1, L2) located in Accra, Ghana. The role involves providing technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance of Linux-based systems, and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
The Linux Support Engineer will respond to customer inquiries, support users in resolving operating system-related issues, and maintain system stability through effective problem-solving and technical expertise. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to company service standards are crucial aspects of the role.
Role Overview:
- Support day-to-day operations of an OpenShift / Kubernetes / Linux platform
- Handle incidents, troubleshooting, customer tickets and basic DevOps tasks
- Work closely with engineering teams for escalations, upgrades and fixes
- Follow operational processes (monitoring, reporting, change management)

Requirements:
- Strong Linux admin experience
- Good knowledge of containers (Docker), Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Understanding of networking basics, logs, and troubleshooting
- Experience in customer support or platform operations is a plus
- Great communication skills in English
- Reliable, steady availability and ability to work independently
