Job Summary
The IT Business Analyst will support the design and implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, primarily using Apptio. This role will work closely with IT and business units to gather requirements, create process maps, and support financial and operational analysis to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in business applications or systems analysis
- Working knowledge of TBM principles and experience with Apptio configuration is a plus
- Strong data integration, reporting, and automation skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor junior team members
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience
- Around 3-4 years in IT business analysis or related roles
- Experience collaborating with finance teams and supporting strategic initiatives
