Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Assistant located in Accra. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the packing of products, designing and organizing packaging materials, and ensuring packaging meets quality and safety standards.
Daily tasks include working closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate packaging, inspecting finished goods, and managing packaging supplies. The Packaging Assistant will also support research efforts to enhance packaging efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications
- Experience in Packing and familiarity with organizing and managing materials efficiently
- Knowledge of Packaging Design and Packaging Engineering processes
- Understanding of Quality Control to ensure standards align with company expectations
- Experience in conducting Research to contribute to packaging innovations
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in the food production sector is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous
