Join Epiroc – United in Growth, Driven by Care. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our team. This position is based in Obuasi, Ghana, reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our customer-focused mission and be part of a collaborative, growth-driven environment.

Job Summary

As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and care. You’ll be part of a dynamic team operating under our regional philosophy: One Region – One Team – United in Growth.

Your role will directly contribute to our group strategy by driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable financial growth.

Your Mission

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer needs promptly.
  • Manage service appointments and follow-ups.
  • Document and track customer requests systematically.
  • Customer Feedback Gather and analyze feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Share insights with management and help implement service enhancements.
  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to monitor service metrics.
  • Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with industry best practices.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance during customer interactions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, ideally within the mining equipment or related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
