PSG is an Oil Palm and Rubber plantation company located at Daboase in the Wassa East District of the Western Region. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of SOCFINAF SA of Luxembourg and has over 2,000 employees.
Job Description
REPORTS TO: ACCOUNTS MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will assist the Payroll Supervisor to manage the operational and secretarial duties of the department.
- You will assist the Payroll Supervisor to plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
- You will be responsible for routine administrative functions and confidential duties.
- Collecting & Updating of DRS (Daily Report Sheet) from all the sections within the company on a daily basis.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills or Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting
- Applicant should have strong IT literacy
- Applicant should have completed his/her National Service
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Organized and efficient
- Respects deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Hard working
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and still remain focused
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- High level of integrity
- Ability to enforce company policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret figures
- Have a basic understanding of the work in the field
