Mabb Forex Bureau Limited is a leading Forex bureau seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier to manage cash transactions, provide exceptional customer service and maintain accuracy in foreign exchange transactions
Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions, buying and selling currencies.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exchange rates and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries
- Maintain cash handling and accounting records.

Required Skills or Experience
- Some experience in cash handling and customer service
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency transactions
- Proficient in operating Point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately, under pressure
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Certifications (shs, tertiary institution)
- Experience in a Forex bureau or financial institution is an advantage
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- ICT: knowledge in Word, Excel and must be quick to learn new applications
