The Solutions Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging client needs with Hatton Technologies’ digital capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges; craft tailored solutions and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver integrated technology proposals
This role demands both technical insight and business intelligence — ideal for someone who understands the language of technology but can communicate value to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate clients to understand business challenges, pain points, and transformation goals.
- Translate client requirements into practical software, cloud, or IoT solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Lead solution presentations, demos, and proposal sessions for enterprise clients.
- Develop solution blueprints and technical documentation for client-facing proposals.
- Collaborate with Full-Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, and Data Scientists to design cross-functional solutions.
- Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate business value to clients.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and market trends to guide sales strategies.
- Support the Business Development and Enterprise Sales teams with pre-sales technical input.
- Manage solution scoping, documentation, and handover to delivery teams upon deal closure.
- Provide continuous client engagement to ensure implementation alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in solution sales, IT consulting, or enterprise pre-sales.
- In-depth understanding of software systems, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, DevOps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client orientation.
- Proven experience developing proposals and technical bids for corporate clients.
