Duties and responsibilities include:
- Make sure that all guest and non-guest transactions are accurately recorded.
- Post room charges and taxes to the appropriate accounts.
- Bring all front office accounts into balance i.e. Cash, Credit Card transactions, Room charges.
- Address any room, food, Drinks and other Sales discrepancies such as incorrect rates, cashiers sales closing and KOT Settlement.
- Summaries the day’s financial activity such as revenue, expenses and discrepancies through report generation and send the report to management for decision making
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience
- HND/DBS/Marketing /Tourism Management Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Excellent Computer Skills ( Microsoft Office Suite and Ezee Hotel software is a plus)
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
