We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to drive student enrollment, build vibrant student communities, and strengthen our presence in the Ghanaian tech training ecosystem.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer will focus on student recruitment, enrollment growth, and brand awareness within Tema and the Greater Accra Region. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the Ghana tech ecosystem, excel at building strong student communities, and be able to facilitate webinars, info sessions, and events to attract prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Build and nurture a strong student community through engagement, mentorship, and events.
• Plan and facilitate webinars, open days, and info sessions to attract and convert prospective students.
• Conduct outreach to schools, universities, tech hubs, and corporate organizations.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing).
• Design and implement offline marketing strategies, including:
• Community outreach and field activations.
• Distributing flyers, posters, and banners in strategic locations.
• Organizing roadshows, open-house events, and school visits.
• Networking at tech meetups, job fairs, and local community events.
• Building referral and ambassador programs with current students and alumni.
• Build relationships with coding clubs, tech hubs, and professional associations.
• Manage social media to boost brand visibility and student engagement.
• Track leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM tools, and provide weekly progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (preferably in education, training, or technology).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment/sales targets.
• Knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and lead management systems.
