Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team Leader based in Adenta, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role also includes conducting sales analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven Sales skills and experience
- Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and strategies
- Ability to work both in-office (Adenta) and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
