A Sales and Distribution Coordinator needed to work with Management and the farm workers to distribute eggs and other farm produce to existing and potential customers.
This selected Person shall liase with the workers of the farm and Management on a daily basis
Job Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target potential customers.
- Contact new and existing customers via phone or in-person visits to present product offerings and emphasize the benefits of the company's eggs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Create content on social media to make the farm produce more visible to potential buyers

Customer Sales and Services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and coordinate with the poultery farmerrs to make timely and safe delivery to all customers
- Build a good Customer Clientele and maintain good Customer rapport
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Relay customer feedback on products and market trends to the management and production teams.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit a daily report on activities of each day
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by management
Required Skills or Experience
Skills
- Excellent marketing and sales skills is a MUST ( the position is target driven)
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be good with social media
- Must have a Driver's License
Salary: GHS 2000
