A private family in Cantonment is seeking a professional and experienced live-in Early Childhood Educator to provide dedicated care and support for a toddler with special needs. The ideal candidate is a trained and certified professional who can create a nurturing, educational, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Educational and Therapeutic Support: Provide specialized support to the toddler, including facilitating and supervising online speech therapy sessions with a licensed therapist.
- Daily Routines: Manage all daily school drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring the child's safety and punctuality.
- Personal Care: Supervise and assist with personal care tasks, including mealtimes and other daily needs.
- Developmental Activities: Plan and lead a variety of fun, engaging, and age-appropriate extracurricular activities to support the child's physical, cognitive, and social development.
- Emotional and Social Support: Offer consistent personal and professional support to help the toddler thrive and build confidence.

Required Skills or Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent certification and professional training with documented experience.
- Availability: Must be willing to live with the family and work a flexible schedule, with two days off every two weeks.
- Mobility: Must be prepared to travel both within and outside of Ghana with the family as needed.
- Personal Status: Must be single and without a child. The ideal candidate will be between 23 and 30 years old
