Job Summary
Lead training initiatives and support the successful integration of Dext’s products and technology in partner schools.
Responsibilities
- Develop training content and learning materials for teachers and students.
- Design effective training and content delivery approaches.
- Conduct teacher and student training sessions.
- Support the integration and adoption of Dext products and technology in partner schools.
- Monitor teacher and student engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with partner schools and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training programmes and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external entities to conduct research on effective integration of DEXT products and services into schools.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education /Technology/Engineering or other related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, education, learning and development, or technology integration.
- Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Proficiency with digital tools and learning technologies.
