Key Responsibilities:
- Book and issue flight tickets (local & international)
- Handle client inquiries and provide travel advice
- Manage reservations, ticket reissues, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate booking records
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
- Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be proactive, organized, and tech-savvy
