We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and caring female Christian nanny aged between 25 and 35 years to assist in the daily care and supervision of children. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for children and be organized, patient, and able to multi-task. The nanny will work within the employer’s residence in Tamale, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children in the employer’s residence.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene needs.
- Organise and engage the children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Manage school pickups and drop-offs or accompany them for appointments and outings when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in areas used by the children.
- Manage nap and bedtime routines as required.
- Provide homework supervision and assistance.
- Monitor the children’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain open communication with the employer regarding the children’s daily routines, progress, and any issues.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up play areas.
- Any other duty the employer deems necessary to perform

Required Skills or Experience
- Diploma/ Degree/ Senior High School Certificate / Early Childhood Education training or relevant certification. (Teachers/ Nurses awaiting postings are highly preferred)
- Previous live-in or live-out nanny experience.
- Ability to cook simple, healthy meals for children.
- Knowledge of housekeeping practices as related to children’s care.
Requirements
- Must be a female Christian residing in Tamale or willing to relocate to Tamale.
- Must be willing to undergo medical screening and police clearance
- Must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
- Manage household chores and keep the place tidy
- Ability to care for multiple children.
- Have a good understanding of child development and age-appropriate care.
- Patience, reliability, and a nurturing personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
