Job Summary:

The Sales Attendant provides excellent customer service and supports the sales team in achieving store targets. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with product selection.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system or any other designated system
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise organization.
  • Restock shelves and update displays as needed.
  • Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Social media marketing

Location: Tema, Community 25

Reports To: Shop/Sales Manager
