Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Tema. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to process orders and providing outstanding customer service, driving sales for our diverse range of products, as well as prospecting and converting new clients.
This role involves managing internal and external operations to achieve company goals.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to multitask and process several orders efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the agriculture or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
