Cocoa360 invites a passionate and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team at the Tarkwa Breman Community Clinic (TBCC). This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to community health and impactful healthcare delivery in a rural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and that medical protocols are strictly followed.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the clinic’s medical and support staff, ensuring efficient teamwork.k
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the clinic, including scheduling and resource allocation.on
- Conduct patient consultations, perform patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation and secure storage of patient records and medical history.s
- Respond to and manage any medical emergencies that arise during and outside the clinic’s operation hours
- Maintain communication with external healthcare providers and organizations for referrals and collaborative care.

Who We Are Looking For:
- A valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Ghana
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistantship from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience (newly qualified candidates may be considered)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work in rural/remote/underserved communities
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use electronic medical record systems
