Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kwabenya. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales training and management. The specialist will also assist in creating marketing campaigns, attending sales meetings, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
