We are seeking an innovative #ITLead who will be leading technology strategy, execution and operations in our #FinTech company. The ideal candidate will focus on developing in-house skillets and managing key vendor relationships. The #ITLead will be a champion for defining, scaling and operating processes as well as project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the #IT unit
- Responsible for all IT projects from inception to deployment.
- Build clients APIs that integrate and interact with the core financial systems.
- Document and maintain APIs and SDKs.
- Build and optimize deployment processes.
- Develop policies for internal #IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs.
- Define enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements.
- Manage and support the delivery of software, hardware and network infrastructure operations.
- Set up and maintain monitoring services.
- Set up and maintain warehousing services.
- Enable process efficiency of both back and front office operations.
- Identify key skills and talents gaps in the IT unit and work to recruit, train and retain talents.
- IT projects and ensure timeliness are met.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- A track record of delivering mission critical applications.
- Experience in building APIs and SDKs
- Proven to wear many hats, technical and operational.
- Attention to details.
- Experience in banking or FinTech domain is a plus.
- Great leadership skills. Should have at least 3 years leadership experience.
- Good team player with good communication skills.
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building applications in Java SE.
- Experience working with Maven.
- Can write and consume SoAP APIs, REST APIs
- 3-5years of experience with any of the following
- Flutter
- JavaScript/Typescript/Next.js
- PHP/Laravel
- MySQL
- Azure
- Vue JS
- Python
- Ability to use version control (GIT)
- Can write clear and concise Unit, End-To-End and integration tests.
- Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with data warehousing solutions.
