Agovia Edusphere Ventures is hiring a versatile and creative Marketing & Media Coordinator to help grow our service across Ghana. This role combines video content creation, social media marketing, and in-person outreach—ideal for someone who is both digitally skilled and people-oriented.
The role will have a base pay of Gh 1,000 cedis and commission tied to clients that you bring in (capped at a maximum of Gh 10,000 cedis a month).
Responsibilities:
Media Creation & Editing
- Shoot and edit videos for X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
- Capture content like car arrivals, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Ensure content is on-brand and engaging

Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow our social media pages
- Create reels, captions, stories, and ads to drive interest
- Run targeted campaigns and monitor performance metrics
In-Person Outreach & Promotion
- Visit institutions (universities, churches, companies) to promote our services
- Distribute brochures, present service offerings, and engage potential customers
- Help build referral relationships
Customer Interaction
- Respond promptly to social media inquiries
- Follow up with leads and track campaign responses
Requirements:
- Experience with video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or any video editing software etc.)
- Strong social media presence and content creation skills
- Confident speaker with good interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Must have constant internet access or reside in Sunyani, where the company will provide internet
