Job Description
You'll work with a highly collaborative team to develop high quality Flutter mobile apps. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Build mobile apps (Android and iOS) using provided UI/UX designs
- Deploy mobile apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Maintain and add features (when necessary) to already-existing Flutter apps
- Perform unit and end-to-end testing; identify and fix bugs
- Provide technical support to end users of applications built
- Provide documentation and training to help end users to use applications
Required Skills or Experience
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 2 years experience in mobile development

Competencies Required:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for mobile apps development
- Adhering to established Flutter and Dart workflows and practices
- Good understanding of UI/UX patterns and able to implement designs
- Experience with Git and VCS
- Optional: UI/UX design
Non-Technical Proficiency:
- Analytical and good problem-solving skills
- Must be values-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to develop strategic plans in a start-up environment and execute successfully against that plan
Salary: GHS 10,000
