We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with strong expertise in Ghanaian corporate law for a one-time legal engagement. The assignment will involve advising on entity structuring, incorporation, and securing regulatory licenses necessary for business operations in Ghana. This is a short-term role with the possibility of transitioning into a retainer-based advisory relationship as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on optimal corporate structuring aligned with our operational goals in Ghana.
- Lead the incorporation process, including preparation and submission of all necessary documentation.
- Identify and facilitate the procurement of business licenses from relevant Ghanaian regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and provide risk assessments where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- LL.B and QCL from a recognized legal institution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Ghanaian corporate law, with proven involvement in company incorporation and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in dealing with GIPC, Registrar General, and sector-specific authorities.
- Strong communication and document drafting skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and within tight timelines.
- Prior experience supporting international clients or foreign-owned entities is preferred.
