Midiarack is on a mission to empower African businesses to become global powerhouses by providing them with easy and transparent ways to do their marketing. Our platform brings billboard and other media options into one intuitive marketplace — making discovery, booking, and campaign management seamless. We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Specialist to help grow our portfolio of media owners and advertising clients.
You’ll be at the frontlines of introducing Midiarack to marketers, agencies, and business owners across the continent — building relationships, closing deals, and helping them see the future of media buying. If you love solving problems, smashing targets, and working at the intersection of tech and advertising, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard media owners and advertisers to the Midiarack platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Present Midiarack’s value proposition clearly to potential customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales feedback with platform features and campaigns.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Represent Midiarack at industry events, pitches, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hitting goals and targets.
- Familiarity with the Ghanaian and/or African advertising/media landscape is a big plus.
- Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving goals and high autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
