Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Representative located in Accra. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to local retailers, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, providing customer service, and training clients on product usage. The role also involves frequent communication with clients and the marketing team to ensure alignment and successful implementation of sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Pharmaceutical Sales experience and ability to develop Sales strategies
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing and training clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
