We are a fully integrated freight platform operating in Ghana. Our platform streamlines the movement of cargo, bridging the gap between suppliers and importers, while also effectively managing their interactions with cargo companies and drivers. This meticulous orchestration ensures the secure and seamless transport of goods.

Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential customers from SMEs and Corporates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand PIKHAUL client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Present PIKHAUL services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote PIKHAUL.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, or logistics.
  • Sales experience within the transportation or logistics sector will be an advantage
  • A track record of exceeding sales goals and producing outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of Ghana's transportation and logistics sector will be an advantage
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
