Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Accra. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of our power solutions, providing technical support to clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, conducting technical presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related field
- Experience in the power generation industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
