Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at The Creatives Island. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote services and increase revenue. The position is based in Accra, Ghana, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in market research and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management is a plus
Renumeration: 1500 Cedis - 2500 Cedis Monthly
