Tech n Sync – Where Tech Meets Vibe – is a rising retail-tech startup offering original gadgets, accessories, DJ gear, and digital electronics both in-store and online. We’re on the lookout for a versatile and proactive individual to help manage our growing operations.
Role Overview
We're looking for a tech-savvy business admin or accounting graduate to run our back-office and e-commerce operations. You’ll coordinate orders, handle our books, manage the office, and assist with basic social media graphics and digital content.
This is a startup role — you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple functions and play a key role in how the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update our e-commerce website (product uploads, price updates, order tracking)
- Handle online inquiries, sales coordination, and customer follow-ups
- Record daily transactions, manage petty cash, and support basic bookkeeping
- Prepare and file GRA statutory requirements (VAT, PAYE, income tax)
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reports
- Provide general administrative and office management support
- Use Canva (or similar tools) to design simple product and promo graphics for social media
Who We’re Looking For
- A smart, detail-oriented graduate (Accounting, Business Admin, Marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) filings and basic accounting
- Comfortable with Excel, bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks/Wave/Zohobooks), and general office apps
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media content
- Graphic design using Canva or similar tools is a big plus
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the business

Salary Range
GHS 1,000 – GHS 1,500 per month (negotiable based on experience and skill set)
