Sikafx is a growing fintech startup on a mission to transform the remittance industry by offering not just a way to stay connected with loved ones, but also a means to support charitable causes. We’re building a secure, high-performance all-in-one cross-border payment platform for everything remittance.
As we scale, we're looking for a driven Full Stack Engineer who’s ready to work hands-on across our stack, help shape the product roadmap, and contribute to building a world-class trading platform.
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Angular, TypeScript
- Backend: Java, Node.js, PHP
- Database: MySQL
- Other: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Git, Docker (a plus)

Your Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain new features across the full stack
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver smooth, scalable user experiences
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
- Contribute to architectural planning and code reviews
- Participate in cross-location collaboration between teams in Accra and Bristol
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong experience with Java, Node.js, PHP, Angular, and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database design
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code
- Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote team environment
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial APIs
