Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Accra. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for New Business Development, Lead Generation, Business Communication, and Account Management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business Communication skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (desired)
- HND or Bachelor's degree is required
