New Crystal Health is seeking to recruit a Senior Medical Officer.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide out-patient care and refer appropriately.
- Provide emergency care and refer appropriately.
- Assess and implement management plans for patients.
- Perform surgical operations/clinical procedures with competency.
- Provide support and information to patients/relatives as and when necessary.
Qualification Required & Experience
- MB. ChB, MBBS, or its equivalent from a recognized Institution plus Permanent Certification of Registration with the Medical and Dental Council.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Minimum of five (5) years experience.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Patients’ Charter.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of quality assurance issues.
- Broad knowledge of clinical protocols.
- Broad knowledge of health and management-related issues.
Skills and Abilities:
- Basic surgical skills.
- Basic life support/resuscitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Supervisory skills.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and participate in effective teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of computer applications
Net Salary: GHC 20,000.00
Location: Accra
