A multi-product Marketing company with head office in Accra and a number of branches in some of the regions in Ghana, and a member of a West African conglomerate is looking to engage resourceful persons for different units of its operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Manager will handle the company’s range of lubricants. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the products throughout their lifecycles. He/she will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, creation, and launch of new products when needed, as well as the ongoing improvement and development of the existing lines.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the products meet the needs of the target market and align with the overall business goals and objectives as well as increase user adoption, improve customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, reduce time-to-market, monitor and improve product key metrics.
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have excellent human relationship skills
- Must have in-depth knowledge in aligning product strategy and competitive analysis with business goals.
- Exceptional performance and a track record of successful product launches, revenue growth, or strategic contributions in the role he/she is applying
- Must have experience in conducting market research, defining product requirements, prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, conducting user testing, overseeing development sprints, monitoring key metrics, conducting competitive analysis, coordinating product launches and gathering customer feedback
- Must have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any course on social studies with at least 4years experience working in a similar role
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in the marketing of lubricants and good knowledge of the lubricants market in Ghana.
