Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export ODM specialist to handle customer relations and export documents for international dealings. This role will require excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive results and improve sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Process export documentation accurately and effectively.
- Track and process shipping bookings and send corresponding emails accordingly.
- Promptly work on invoices of sales orders in the system.
- Receive and track sales issues, ensuring accurate reporting and prompt follow-up.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the warehouse department for export arrangements.
- Communicate with sales team members to understand customer inquiries and ensure follow-up on potential leads to drive sales conversion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in international trade or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in the trade or export industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to combat work pressure.
