M-KOPA is looking for Stock Controllers to join our Retail Department; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets. As a Stock Controller at M-KOPA, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management and reconciliation within the retail department. You will manage stock allocation for sales, support stock audits, and oversee the tracking and return of inventory to the warehouse.
In this role, you will handle customer interactions, resolve product issues, and facilitate in-warranty repairs. You’ll also ensure that the depot is maintained in excellent condition while providing daily reports on stock status to ensure transparency and accountability in all stock-related activities.
