Job Overview:
FloSyte Block Factory is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Manager to oversee operations and ensure the seamless production of high-quality blocks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, customer relationship management, and operational oversight skills. The role demands an individual capable of driving production targets, fostering client loyalty, and optimizing team performance in a manufacturing environment.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, professionally managing inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Supervise, motivate, and manage production staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Provide clear guidance, delegate tasks, and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Identify and address team training needs, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
Production and Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and timely production processes to meet quality standards.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate procurement to support uninterrupted production.
- Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Target Setting and Performance Monitoring:
- Establish realistic production targets and continuously monitor team performance against these goals.
- Implement corrective actions to address production shortfalls and drive ongoing operational improvements.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, sales outcomes, and team metrics.
- Maintain effective communication with senior management and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within manufacturing or construction-related industries.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding production targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for reporting and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of block manufacturing processes and construction materials.
- Experience in inventory management and procurement within a manufacturing context.
