Brainy Bairn School is a private international school located in West Legon, Accra.
We are currently looking for a well-qualified individual who will manage our Human Resources Department.
The Role
- Be the Talent Lead of Brainy Bairn School and attract the best, qualified and finest individuals to join the school team.
- Develop and administer all Human Resource policies of the School.
- Project and brand Brainy Bairn School as one of the best sought-after employers in Ghana and beyond.
- Coordinate and manage the advertising, recruitment and selection processes for all staff recruitment including placing adverts, shortlisting, interview arrangements and final selection of the right person for the post advertised.
- Act as a strategic partner with the Directors and Principal regarding staffing and employee professional development.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and promote a comprehensive performance appraisal system which will recognize and award hard work, talent and dedication to duty while at the same time expose underperforming staff who would either be recommended for training or terminated.
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions for all roles; monitor quality of work and ensure staff conform to school policies and procedures as well as statutory regulations

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years experience in a senior-level human resource management role.
- Must be a member of a recognized HR professional membership body (local and international).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong stakeholder management skills. An additional modern foreign language will be an advantage.
- Must be computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft office suite, database packages and internet systems.
