Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including vehicle sellers and buyers.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales transactions.
- Auction Coordination: Organize and manage vehicle auctions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including details about each vehicle's condition, history, and pricing.
- Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, invoices, and vehicle histories.
- Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to increase sales.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to vehicle sales and auctions.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, auctioneers, and other staff to ensure cohesive operations.
Required Skills or Experience
Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and manage client expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Customer Service: A customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with vehicle sales software and auction platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Salary: GHS 3000-4000
