Job Summary
As an Area Manager, you are responsible for overseeing multiple shops in your residing region. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and training staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategies to drive sales, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Overseeing the overall performance of multiple betting shops or venues within their designated area.

Managing a team of Managers, and cashiers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.

Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue growth across the area, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs.

Ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all shops, including maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, resolving customer complaints, and implementing customer feedback.

Monitoring and controlling risks associated with betting operations, including underage gambling prevention.

Ensuring all shops comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including licensing requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.

Analyzing sales data, customer trends, and shop performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Recovering shop shortages

Building relationships with internal Departments, including IT, HR, Finance & Audit, Maintenance and Training to ensure aligned strategies and effective communication.

Ensuring EMAIL checks are done hourly, half, Offline shop checks, deposit checks, credit reload and shops without Cashier forms.

Ensuring new shops are brought on board as franchise shops based on monthly targets for the growth and development of the business.

Qualifications
-
Minimum Educational Qualification -Diploma
-
Experience in the sports betting industry
-
Strong leadership and management skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions

Proven track record of meeting sales targets
-
Ability to work independently and remotely
-
Flexibility and adaptability
-
Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to sports betting
-
Fluency in English and local languages
