Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The applicant will be responsible among others to:
- Organize the office and ensure that the entire environment is always kept clean.
- Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information.
- Manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Perform any other support duties as required.
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have a minimum of WASSCE certificate.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Two years’ work experience in a similar role is most preferred.
MUST be resident in Kumasi, most preferably around Kronom, Breman, UGC, New York, Maakro or Abusuakruwaa
