Procurement Officer - Quatum Flow Capital Limited

Job Description

• Overseeing the activities of the department that deals with purchases and sourcing
• Assigning duties to each staff member and reviewing their work
• Making plans for the purchase of new equipment, services, and other supplies
• Maintaining stock levels
• Conducting research and making contracts with vendors
• Developing strategies for ordering supplies and equipment
• Communicating with suppliers to maintain business relationships
• Negotiating contracts with vendors for new purchases
• Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs)
• Having good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.
  
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• One to two years working experience
• HND or degree
