Required Skills or Experience
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of HND or equivalent in Building Technology, Construction or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE ll), or Construction will be an added advantage
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of three (3) plus years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects with references
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, building regulations, and project management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail for conducting site inspections and managing complex projects
- Ability to delegate tasks to workers, subcontractors, and other lower-level managers
- Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings of the project
- Sound commercial awareness - to allocate and manage your budget effectively and to understand client concern
Desired but not essential
- Knowledge of the best HR practices
- Ability to speak Ga-Adangbe and Ewe languages
