A Finance House licensed by the Bank of Ghana under the Banks and Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016, (Act 930) and with over eleven (11) years of operational experience in underwriting consumer credits and deposits is looking to hire capable candidates to join our committed and competent human resource: Field Sales Consultants

Job Purpose

• The principal point of contact between the business and its customers
• The Field Sales Consultant would support customers by selling products and meeting ancillary needs

Summary Responsibilities

• Under the auspices of the marketing department, reach out to target markets
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
• Reaching out with product information to customers and encouraging purchases
• Managing customer enquiries and escalating unresolved concerns
• Relaying customer insights to aid in developing company products
• Maintaining accurate sales records
• Meet personal and team sales targets

Reporting Structure

Job Level: Entry Level (Commission Only)

Reports To: Sales Supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

• WASSCE, Diploma, HND or Degree in any field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to win clients and sell products and services
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to transact and communicate
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategy
• Sales experience
